The estimated delivery time will differ with each order. Typically, we take 2 to 3 business days to dispatch orders within India for all our ready-to-ship orders by Namrata Shah Jewellery.
Customised orders take about 4 to 5 business days for production and dispatch, depending on the design and style.
Delivery within India takes 2 to 7 business days depending on the location. Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated at every step.
Once your order is shipped, the tracking information for your package will be sent to you on the given email ID and contact number, which can, thereafter, be tracked on Delhivery.
