Returns & Exchange Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • All our products are handcrafted with intricate proficiency by our skilful traditional craftsmen, resulting in each piece being unique and slightly distinct in its own way. No two natural pearls are identical, hence causing a slight difference in the final product. However, because all computers and phones have varying monitor screens, we can’t guarantee your display showcases the colours identically.
  • All our products undergo a thorough quality check before being dispatched. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or if you have received the incorrect product from our end or if you wish to do a size exchange.
  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • There will be no return/exchange/replacement on customized orders, sale items or items purchased using a credit note or gift coupon.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

  • To place a return/exchange, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the package, by sending us a message on WhatsApp at +91 80749 13665 .
  • Exchange will be accepted with 3 days of delivery.
  • To accept your return/exchange request, we will require videos without gaps or edits of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Upon receiving the email with the images/videos, based on the discretionary approval given by the Namrata Shah Jewellery QC team, we will arrange for your damaged or incorrect product to be collected.
  • The fresh or correct product will be dispatched to you, once we receive the returned order.
  • In case the product is unavailable or out of stock, we will issue a store credit, which will be valid for 45 days after you receive it.
  • Refunds will only be given if the package is lost during transit.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment mode within 3-4 business days.

IMPORTANT

The important thing to keep in mind while sending back a jewellery piece for exchange/return for damage during transit/wrong product received:

  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the package, by sending us messages on WhatsApp at +91 80749 13665 with your order details.
  • For damaged or incorrect product we will arrange a pickup within 2 days of notification. We will ship the replacement once the initial product is received at our warehouse.
  • All items must have the original packaging and should be in unworn and undamaged.
  • Please send the items for ring size exchange in their original box to our office address as below. The shipping charges for size exchange, to and fro are to be borne by the customer.

  • CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH RETURN/EXCHANGE IS DENIED

    • Items purchased in a sale.
    • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
    • Incorrect format of delivery address.
    • Three failed delivery attempts by our courier agent.
    • The package was refused by the recipient.
    • Sizing issues - Hence, please carefully review the sizes mentioned in the product description before placing the order.
    • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
    • Minor colour and design variations, as all our products are handmade and the natural stones/pearls used are never the same.

    REPAIRS

      In case you require any of your Namrata Shah jewellery pieces to be repaired, please reach out to us via email, WhatsApp or Instagram.

    • We will only repair the jewellery pieces that have been purchased from us directly.There may be some repair fee charges, depending on the nature of the repair and the availability of the material(s) required. All our pieces are handmade and demand a high level of craftsmanship, not only for production but also for repairs. We assure the quality of repairs at Namrata Shah Jewellery, as they are all handled in-house by our skilful artisans.

      Note: Free repairs are available for the first 6 months after buying the product unless the item is scratched or damaged due to non-production issues. The to-and-fro shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
